Michael Urso, President
With over 30 years of experience at Westrock Mechanical, Michael has built his career from the ground up. He began working alongside his father Dominick Urso, one of the company’s original partners, starting as a helper before joining the union and becoming a journeyman.
Over the years, Michael developed extensive hands-on expertise across the HVAC industry, working on a wide range of commercial and mechanical systems. Following his father’s retirement, he became a partner in the company and now serves as the sole owner of Westrock Mechanical.
His decades of field experience, industry knowledge, and leadership continue to guide the company’s commitment to quality workmanship, reliable service, and long-standing client relationships.
Steve Westerkon, Vice President
With over 30 Years of experience, Steve possesses a vast knowledge of service, maintenance, plan and spec, and design-build projects.
Steve has worked at almost all major properties in New York City and been a part of top Construction Management firms and General Contractors in New York and New Jersey, bringing valuable expertise to every project.
Jackie Ciotti, Director of Business Operations & Finance
With over 40 years of accounting and operations experience, including more than 20 years with Westrock Mechanical, Jackie plays a vital role in the company’s daily operations and long-term success.
She oversees the company’s financial and daily operational functions, including AIA billing, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, taxes, HR related functions, contracts, compliance, scheduling, client coordination, vendor relations and communication.
Known for her extensive knowledge of the HVAC and general contracting industries, Jackie brings strong organizational leadership, industry expertise, and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Sean Westerkon, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Sean supports client coordination, scheduling, billing and job quoting. He previously spent three years marketing for multiple HVAC companies, developing a strong foundation in the HVAC industry. He serves as the lead liaison for Verizon Wireless and holds a business degree from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
Karen Rodriguez, Operations & Accounts Coordinator
Karen supports the company’s daily operations through job coordination, purchase order management, vendor communication, and accounts payable processing. She works closely with internal operations and clients to help ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
As part of the operations team, Karen assists with administrative coordination and client account support, helping maintain communication and workflow across ongoing projects.
